The Da Vinci Institute announces its first International Conference. This will be a conference-and-conversation on Societal Regeneration and Societal Wellbeing to promote Integral Healing, out of Africa in a worldwide context.

As mother earth and its inhabitants are hurting from socio-economic malfunctioning, this conference, and its outcome thereafter, is the meeting of hearts and minds to showcase and co-create social innovations aimed at bringing integral healing to enterprises, communities and the worlds at large, with a particular focus on the global South.  

Objectives

  • Provide opportunities for knowledge exchange and sharing good practices on regenerating and healing communities
  • Generate opportunities for showcasing, and cross-fertilising innovative and applied technologies in community engagement and upliftment
  • Demonstrate the contribution made to poverty alleviation through promoting total wellbeing, serving to co-evolve a newly integral form of economy emerging form the global South
  • Provide evidence of the contribution to social and economic development by integral enterprises and laboratories in the context of emerging communiversities  
  • To establish a platform for professional bodies and industry to engage with the SRRC
  • To highlight the role and significance of context (words-wide), process (integral research and re-GENE-ration), and form (communiversity), alongside all important substance (societal regeneration, healing and wellbeing) innovations aimed at bringing integral healing to enterprises, communities and the worlds at large, with a particular focus on the global South.  
  • Create awareness and gain exposure to the SRRC throughout Africa, and worlds-wide, in conversational guise

Proposed Substantive Sub-themes in a worlds-wide Context, underpinned by a Process of re-GENE-ration aligned with a Form of Communiversity as a further evolution of our “Mode 2” orientation are:

  • Poverty alleviation
  • Societal wellbeing/Integral Healing
  • Integral enterprise development
  • Future of Technology as part of integral development in Communiversity guise.
