The DaVinci Institute invites alumni, associates, partners and other approved individuals to join our Student Referral Programme. As an approved referral partner, you can introduce prospective students to our accredited qualifications and executive development programmes and earn a commission for successful enrolments.

Become a DaVinci Referral Partner
- Referral partners are formally registered and onboarded before they begin referring prospective students.
- Once your application has been approved, you will:
- Sign a referral partnership agreement with The DaVinci Institute
- Receive a unique referral code or referral link
- Attend a short onboarding session
- Receive approved programme information and marketing materials
- Receive guidance on the referral process and suitable prospective students
- Earn commission on qualifying successful enrolments in accordance with your agreement
How the Referral Programme Works
1. Apply to Become a Referral Partner
If you are interested in referring students to The DaVinci Institute, please contact our team at referrals@davinci.ac.za.
2. Registration and Approval
The DaVinci Institute will review your application and contact you regarding the next steps.
3. Sign the Referral Agreement
Approved referral partners will be required to sign an agreement outlining the referral process, responsibilities, commission structure and payment terms.
4. Complete the Onboarding Process
You will receive information about The DaVinci Institute, our programmes, approved messaging, referral requirements and the support available to you.
5. Receive Your Unique Referral Code
Each referral partner will receive a unique referral code or link. Prospective students must use this code or link when submitting an enquiry or application so that the referral can be tracked correctly.
6. Refer Prospective Students
Share information about our programmes with suitable prospective students or organisations interested in enrolling cohorts, and direct them to the dedicated referral form using your unique referral code or link.
Our Admissions team will contact the prospective student and guide them through the application and registration process.
7. Earn Commission
When a referred student meets the qualifying enrolment requirements outlined in your referral agreement, you will earn the applicable commission.

The Student Referral Programme is open to approved:
- DaVinci alumni
- Associates
- Industry professionals
- Other approved external referral partners
Participation is subject to approval by The DaVinci Institute.

- Higher Certificate in Management of Technology and Innovation
- Advanced Certificate in Business Innovation Management
- Bachelor of Commerce in Business Management
- Advanced Diploma in Innovation Management Practices
- Postgraduate Diploma in Business Leadership
- Master of Business Leadership
- Master of Management in Technology and Innovation
- Doctor of Business Leadership
- Doctor of Management in Technology and Innovation
- Short Learning Programmes for executives
- QCTO qualifications
Programme availability, admission requirements and referral eligibility may be updated from time to time.

Approved referral partners will receive a referral toolkit that may include:
- Digital programme brochures
- Programme summaries
- Approved social media content
- WhatsApp message templates
- Email templates
- Frequently asked questions
- Referral process guidance
- A dedicated referral link or code
- Contact details for referral support
This ensures that prospective students receive accurate and consistent information about The DaVinci Institute and its programmes.
Important Referral Requirements
To qualify as a valid referral:
- The prospective student must be a new lead who has not previously enquired, applied or registered with The DaVinci Institute
- The prospective student must use the referral partner’s unique code or link
- The referral must be recorded before the prospective student begins the formal application process
- The prospective student must meet the relevant programme admission requirements
- The prospective student must complete the qualifying registration and payment requirements
- Commission payments will be processed according to the signed referral partnership agreement
