Faculties and Programmes
Our purpose is to grow agile, aligned, and engaged managerial leaders who co-create innovative ecosystems. We dream of influencing the co-creation of humane sustainable societies. There are multiple ways we attempt to do this through varied community engagement initiatives, ensuring that the knowledge within is shared with surrounding communities.
Faculties
At The DaVinci Institute, a faculty is an academic domain that organises knowledge, teaching, and research around a coherent field of practice, grounded in the Management of Technology, Innovation, People and Systems (TIPS™), our proprietary management and leadership framework, which integrates these dimensions to support systemic learning and real-world impact.
- Faculty of Technology and Innovation Management: Focuses on how tools, systems, and ideas are integrated to create meaningful change. It develops leaders who can apply technology to improve performance, harness innovation to respond to complexity, and translate ideas into practical, scalable solutions with organisational and societal impact.
- Faculty of People Management Management: Explores the human dimension of leadership, including engagement, culture, identity, ethics, and purpose. This faculty develops leaders who can build trust, facilitate meaningful conversations, lead across cultures, and enable people to perform and grow within complex systems.
- Faculty of Systems Thinking and Research: Provides the integrative, systemic lens that connects technology, innovation, and people. This faculty focuses on systems thinking, organisational ecology, and understanding micro, meso, exo, and macro contexts to co-create sustainable, aligned, and adaptive realities.
