The Advanced Diploma in Innovation Management Practices equips students with the advanced capabilities needed to drive innovation across industries and organisations. Students will explore innovation leadership, entrepreneurial success, sustainability, intrapreneurship, business acceleration, and research-led innovation. 

The qualification integrates theoretical frameworks with workplace application, preparing graduates for leadership roles in managing innovation for competitive success. It focuses on developing advanced innovation competencies required to navigate and influence dynamic business environments. 

  • Innovation-Driven Business Efficiency (30 Credits) 
  • Innovation Management for Entrepreneurial Success (30 Credits) 
  • Innovation Leadership for Competitive Success (30 Credits) 
  • Innovation Practice: Business Research Report (30 Credits) 
  • This qualification consists of 120 credits at NQF Level 7. 
  • All modules are compulsory. 
  • An Advanced Certificate or Diploma in a cognate field at NQF Level 6. 
  • Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) will be considered for experienced professionals who do not meet the formal entry requirements.
